【Description】
"The Wraith", one of the killers who hunts down survivors, has been turned into a 1/6 scale statue. His masked head and bandage-like wrapping give him a truly eerie appearance. His appearance, which makes it impossible to gauge his thoughts or feelings, gives off a sense of his background and loneliness, which is fitting for his name "wraith" (a living spirit or ghost), and brings to life the fear felt when playing the game.
His slender limbs are out of proportion to his large body, evoking the meaning of "wraith" (Living Ghosts and Ghostly Spirits), and the design and setting from the game are thoroughly incorporated into the sculpture.
His eyes, which seem to stare into space, are equipped with an LED light-up gimmick. The element of only the object in front of his gaze being illuminated red is interpreted as "red eye illumination," creating a gimmick that shows the manufacturer's playfulness.
The "Skull of Azarov" is essential to the backbone of The Wraith. The skull and the spine connected to it are distortedly fused with metal, making it both hideous and somehow beautiful. The "Bell of Sorrow", which is essential to activate skills, is also included and can be held in the left hand as in the movie.
The magnet detachment method eliminates the need for an axis hole or axis rod. The form does not collapse even when displayed alone, and it is a specification that shows the attention to detail and aesthetic sense unique to Gecco, which has produced many statues.
The paint brings out the superb shape, but the finish is so good that you forget that all the "dirt" such as bloodstains, rust, dust, and mysterious patterns are just paint. The pedestal is one of the highlights of Gecco statues.
Autohaven Wreckers, the place where a young man named Ojomo became twisted with murderous intent and became a Wraith. His base is beautifully depicted with scraps that speak of the power of the merciless press. The tarp (waterproof sheet) covering the piled up scraps can be removed, and the way it changes the atmosphere is reminiscent of the randomly generated stage objects in the game, and it also shows the creator's playfulness and spirit in expanding the range of displays. Even the base alone shows Gecco's understanding and love for the content, which is one of its strengths. Although there are still few 3D versions of "Dead by Daylight", this is an instant definitive masterpiece.
